Blheli 32 Configurator Download

Blheli_32 Configurator Download
So I downloaded the configurator client and the two drivers for the USB connection. I plugged in my quad to PC and then plugged in my battery and hit connect. It can’t find anything.
Do I need to download any other software besides the configuration and the drivers?
I’m at a loss.
My issues is that all my motors are spinning counter clockwise so I need to switch the directions

Blheli S Firmware
BLHeli is an ESC firmware, and BLHeli32 is the 3rd generation after BLHeli and BLHeliS. BLHeli32 is written for ESC‘s that utilize 32-bit MCU (STM32F0 Cortex-M0 at 48MHz), unlike BLHeli and BLHeliS ESC’s that runs on 8-bit processors. BLHeli32 does not work with 8bit Atmel or Silabs ESC’s.
